• pipes longitudinally or spirally welded EN 10 219 (S 355), in dimensions from dia. 80 mm to dia. 630 mm
• seamless pipes can be used when it is necessary to increase accuracy
• drawn steel round EN 10 278 (S235, S355, C45) tolerance h9 or peeled steel round
• face of rollers made of metal sheet parts, thickness 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 (depending on roller version), material S235, S355
• self-centering clamp bushing for RCK product line

Rollers can be rubberized

• cold rubberized with hardness 60 +-5Sh (DIN 53 505), 8 or 10 mm thick
• hot rubberized with hardness about 40 – 80 Sh, with a ground or in other way treated surface

Surface treatment

• Standard RAL 5015 blue, also available in other RAL colours
• It can be produced according to dimensions after the specification by customers
• The shaft can be freely adjusted
