Membrane Screens
Membrane Screens
Membrane screens for high-frequency screening machines are made of polyurethane, vulcollan or rubber. The membrane surfaces are cast in moulds and subsequently punched by punch presses. The screening surfaces are mounted to the screening machine using either fastening holes or a frame of a specific profile integrated onto the edge of the screen. The screens can be supplied with an overlap to cover the sideboards of the screening machine.
Membrane screens are made with square, rectangular, oval and round openings.
Membrane screens for high-frequency screening machines are used for screening difficult-to-screen materials with higher humidity or a tendency to clog the screen surface.
