Accessories
For functional installation of all types of available screens it is necessary to use only recommended and supplied accessories. This ensures correct functioning of the screen and at the same time its operational reliability and long lifetime.
Protective rubber profiles
Protective rubber profiles are used as a protection under the polyurethane or wire mesh surfaces. They serve to support and protect tensioned and clamped screens in the contact points with steel support beams in the screening machine case.
Spray nozzles
They are the essential equipment of the screening machine for wet material sorting. They are made of polyurethane with four different sizes of the openings: diameter 4, 5, 7 and 9 mm. The fastening screw has a 3/4 " external thread. Shower nozzles can also be supplied with a bayonet and quick-coupling which has a 3/4" external or internal thread.
Tension bars
- for all types of conventional screens which are used for lateral tensioning of wire, polyurethane or rubber screens
