Protective elements for beams, crossbars and shafts

Protective elements made of polyurethane are an ideal solution for the protection and subsequent extension of the service life of screening machines or their parts that are constantly exposed to abrasive material.

Over time, these parts can be damaged to such an extent that it will be necessary to replace them. In extreme cases, such damage can lead to irreversible damage to the machine, which may permanently affect its future functionality.

Protective elements can thus not only protect these elements, but also, for example, prevent bulk materials from settling in these areas.

  • Protection of eccentric shafts on screening machines
  • Protection of crossbars and other beams on screening machines
  • Protection of bearing bushings
