Laboratory screening machines

Machines for laboratory analytical screening (screening machines) are used for automatic screening of bulk materials into individual fractions. They allow to obtain correct analysis results in a very short time. In the screening process, simulated manual screening is the basis of the entire screening technique.

The HAVER laboratory machines make a three-dimensional screening movement, stratifying the screened material over the entire screen. For materials that are difficult to stratify, an interruption of the process can be programmed to intensify screening which speeds up the whole process.

HAVER analytical screening machines with an electromagnetic drive have no rotating parts, are very robust, do not require regular maintenance and are minimally noisy. They have a double spring system and the use of cast parts makes their construction solid. No undesirable vibrations are transmitted to the fixed parts of the analytical screening machine and its base. They have wide-ranging use.

Technical data

Mains voltage: 230 V, 50 or 60 Hz (110 V, 60 Hz).
Amplitude: adjustable (type PLUS), max. approx. 3 mm.
Timer: 0-99 minutes or continuous operation.
Weight: approx. 34 kg.

Analytical screening machines EML 200 can be equipped with guide bars of different lengths (620, 445, 560 or 660 mm). The number of screens clamped into the machine (8, 5, 7, 9) with a height of 50 mm depends on the length of the bars. The 660 mm long bars are designated for the EASY LOCK clamping system.

They can be placed in a soundproofing box for optimum operation.

These laboratory machines are also available without adjustable amplitude and computer control (HAVER EML 200 digital T and N)..

HAVER UWL 400

Extremely strong and quiet, T - for dry screening; N - for wet sorting.

  • for analytical screens with a diameter 200 mm, 8 "(203 mm), 300 mm, 315 mm, 350 mm, 400 mm

Technical data

Mains voltage: 400 VAC, 50 Hz.
Timer: 0-60 minutes or continuous operation.
Weight: approx. 190 kg.

As the most powerful machines in the HAVER range, the UWL 400 analytical screening machines have the best properties for efficient and error-free screening. These machines are mainly used for coarse-grained materials. As standard, 8 to 10 analytical screens with a height of 65 mm (guide bars of 850 and 1000 mm length, for EASY LOCK system bars of 900 mm) can be clamped into them. UWL 400 dry screening machines can be supplied in UWL 400 H for square screens with a wooden frame (300x300 mm or 500x500 mm) or in UWL 400 Ex for screening hazardous substances in explosive atmospheres.

For optimum operation, the machine can be placed in a soundproofing box.
