Sample separating machines
A sample separating machine (quarterer) is used to separate the materials into a representative test sample. In the separating head, the material is evenly distributed into the retaining trays.

The separating machine consists of a stand made of lacquered steel sheet, three retaining dishes from white sheet or from the plastic-coated sheet and the separating head from stainless steel sheet. It is delivered with separating slots according to the size of the separated material.

Computer programme for screen analyses rating
This software was designed for computer screen analyses rating in accordance with valid standards. In order to enter basic data into a PC after the process of screening the particular analytical screens and the material on the screen are together weighed. The detected figures can be entered manually or they are automatically transferred from the scales to the PC. HAVER - CSA - SOFTWARE makes screen analysis rating. Photo-optical analysis
HAVER- CPA
The device HAVER - CPA enables to make analyses of a grain size and shape. The device, based on the glass fibre technology, measures dry and non-agglomerated loose material in the range of 40 µm to 400 mm. The principle is similar to a fax where a continuous stream of particles is scanned.
Compared to other optical measurement methods, it achieves a significantly larger measurement range and faster passage of the measured material. The CCD digital line camera processes over 20 million pixels per second and up to 4,000 particles at a resolution of up to 12 µm / pixel /.
The analysis HAVER -CPA provides the values of a grain shape, number of particles, information about a perimeter and surface of particles, distribution of grains in any size class and other parameters. The analysis of a grain size shows a distribution of grain sizes as an underscreen, overscreen or density curve.
