The screen tensioning technology consists of stretching the wire screen in all four directions. The tension value is measured in each direction by the pre-stress moment and owing to this we can guarantee the same tension in all screens. Then the screen is mounted to a screening machine.

We either supply sorting screens in new frames or we refurbish the screens by fastening them to already used frames supplied by a customer.

Fine wire screens are fastened either by gluing or soldering.

According to the requirement we can supply screens in frames with various accessories (e.g. with a drain, sealing rubber etc.)
