Finger screens are suitable for screening larger fractions of difficult-to-screen materials, de-soiling, removing fine parts from larger final fractions, screening recycling materials, glass, etc.
It is a screen with elastically mounted rod elements in a polyurethane bed. The screen uses a combination of screen oscillation, bar elements and the load of material to achieve high screening performance and no clogging. The replaceable finger screen module is fixed in a special beam which is mounted between the side plates of the screening machine. Its design allows to adjust an angle of the screen. The modular design of the finger screens allows individual adjustment according to the screening machine width.
- Suitable for screening and de-soiling of large fractions
- For screening clay and other clay materials
- High performance and open area
- Not suitable for precise screening
The finger screen is fixed in a special beam which is mounted between the side plates of the screening machine design of which allows to adjust an angle of the screen. The installation to a screening machine larger than 1600 x 4000 mm must be solved by a professional company; the beam can be max. 1600 mm long and a constructional adjustment is required for a larger screen width.
5 - 76 mm
10 - 16 mm
Wear-resistant spring steel. It can be coated with polyurethane to extend the lifetime.
The screen length is approx. 520 mm; the modular design of the finger sections allows individual adjustment according to the screening machine width. Maximum screen width: 1600 mm
