Disc rollers are a reliable solution for conveyor systems with high demands on durability and stability. They excel with precise processing, durable materials and the ability to be customized according to customer needs.

Standard diameters supplied:

89/63, 108/63, 108/89, 133/89, 133/108, 159/133

Design

1. longitudinally welded structural tube EN 10 219, thickness 3 mm
2. drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, class 11109
3. rubber discs/discs 68 +/- Shore A in diameters 89, 108, 133, 159 mm
4. steel caps made of deep-drawn sheet metal, 2 mm thick, welded to the cylinder body (their design may vary depending on the cylinder diameter)
5. bearing 6204 2RS C3
6. four-piece labyrinth seal with cover in ZN (galvanized sheet metal) design
7. retaining ring for shaft D20
8. surface finish RAL 5015 blue (for versions with circlips in surface finish: black RAL 9005)
9. Can be supplied with rings to prevent the discs from sliding along the cylinder body
