Rubber screens

Maximum durability and efficiency in dry screening and coarse screening

Rubber screens are in certain cases the better alternative when switching from wire screens to non-metallic screens. Similar to polyurethane screens, they are characterized by a several times longer service life and resistance to mesh clogging.

  1. Extreme durability in dry sorting
  2. The ideal choice for coarse sorting
  3. As one of the few, our rubber sieves have a conical mesh end, which prevents them from clogging.
  4. Possibility to combine with steel sheet reinforcement for an even more durable design

RUBBER TENSIONED SURFACES

Rubber screens vulcanized in one piece with tensioning seams designed for longitudinal and transverse clamping on the sorter.

  1. Several times longer service life compared to metal screens
  2. Possibility of use in combination with wire screens on one screen surface without the need to intervene in the design of the sorter
  3. Possibility to deliver with holes for mounting the central pressure bar

Mesh size

2.5 - 200 mm (square and rectangular meshes)

Sieve thickness

20 - 70mm

Material

Vulcanized rubber in the range of 35-60 Shore A

Dimensions

Maximum rebate width: 1500 mm

Maximum screen length (Spi/Spa) between folds: 3000 mm

MODULAR SYSTEM

It represents the most optimal way of completely installing screen surfaces on a standard design sorter, where the screen modules are mounted on special beams. These enable quick replacement of individual modules, which can be changed and interchanged with each other. These modules have a standard size of 300 x 1000 mm, weight up to 10 kg, which requires much lower maintenance requirements as well as overall handling.

In the event of screen wear, the customer is not forced to replace the entire stretched area with a size of, for example, 2 m2, but only a module with a size of 0.3 m2, which results in savings.

A great advantage of this system is also the possibility of using a wide range of accessories for this system. Wire adapters that allow the installation of wire screens, to various retarders, rectifiers and other accessories that affect the overall quality of sorting.

  1. Extreme durability in dry sorting
  2. Great variability in the use of different sieves and accessories
  3. Reduced maintenance, handling and screen replacement requirements

Mesh size

0.3 - 200 mm (square and rectangular meshes)

Sieve thickness

30 - 60 mm

Material

Vulcanized rubber 35-60 Shore A

Dimensions

Normally 300 x 1000 mm, custom-made possible up to max. dimensions 400 x 1500 m

FULLY CAST SELF-SUPPORTING SURFACES

Rubber screens cast in one piece, reinforced with a supporting frame, which are fastened, depending on the design of the sorter, either with screws or with a system of side rails and wedges. This type of screen is used mainly for coarse sorting, or as an impact or relief surface.

Possibility of manufacturing in a combination of rubber + sheet metal, suitable for coarse sorting.

Mesh size

2.5 - 200 mm (square and rectangular meshes)

Sieve thickness

20 - 70mm

Material

Vulcanized rubber in the range of 35-60 Shore A

Dimensions

Maximum dimensions: 1500 x 3000 mm
