Grip and shock absorption

Designed for demanding operations where higher grip and shock absorption are required. Thanks to durable materials and precise processing, they offer long service life and reliability.

Standard diameters supplied:

89/63, 108/63, 108/89, 133/89, 133/108, 159/133

Design

  1. longitudinally welded structural tube EN 10 219, thickness 3 mm
  2. drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, class 11109
  3. rubber discs/discs 68 +/- Shore A in diameters 89, 108, 133, 159 mm
  4. steel caps made of deep-drawn sheet metal, 2 mm thick, welded to the cylinder body (their design may vary depending on the cylinder diameter)
  5. bearing 6204 2RS C3
  6. four-piece labyrinth seal with cover in ZN (galvanized sheet metal) design
  7. retaining ring for shaft D20
  8. surface finish: RAL 9005 black

Can be supplied with rings to prevent the discs from sliding along the cylinder body
