Rollers for belt conveyors

(driving, return, transfer)

Drive, return and transfer rollers for belt conveyors in multiple diameters, lengths and surface finishes, including the possibility of custom production.

Available in various diameters and lengths

  1. longitudinally or spirally welded pipes EN 10 219 (S 355), in dimensions from dia. 80 mm to dia. 630 mm
  2. if increased accuracy is needed, seamless pipes can be used
  3. drawn round steel EN 10 278 (S235, S355, C45) tolerance h9, or peeled round steel
  4. cylinder faces made of sheet metal blanks, thickness 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30 (depending on cylinder design), material S235, S355
  5. self-centering clamping shaft bushes of the RCK series

The rollers can be rubberized.

  1. cold-formed with a hardness of 60 +-5Sh (DIN 53 505), in a thickness of 8 or 10 mm
  2. hot, hardness approx. 40 – 80 Sh, with ground or otherwise treated surface

Surface treatment

  1. Standard RAL 5015 blue, can also be supplied in other RAL shades
    We will manufacture according to the dimensions specified by the customer.
  2. The shaft fit can be adjusted as desired.
  3. Cylinders can be supplied in stainless steel (AISI 304 1.4301)
