PHT Three-roller upper support

Maximum belt support.

PHT upper three-roller sleeper for efficient and stable operation of belt conveyors. Robust construction, high-quality materials and the possibility of manufacturing according to customer requirements.

Design

  1. open profile, U-section, EN 101 62, from B1000mm hot-rolled U-profile S235
  2. blanks made of S235 sheet metal, 5mm thick (adequately dimensioned according to the sleeper design – thickness 6,8,10.... mm)
  3. shims (mat. thickness 6mm)
  4. galvanized fasteners (screw with semi-round head and square neck, washer, hexagonal nut)
  5. surface finish RAL 7001 grey
