Design

  1. open section U profile, EN 101 62
  2. blanks made of S235 sheet metal, thickness 5 mm (adequately dimensioned depending on the sleeper design – thickness 6, 8, 10....mm)
  3. inserts (mat. thickness 6 mm)
  4. galvanized fasteners (screw with half-round head and square neck, washer, hexagonal nut)
  5. surface finish RAL 7001 grey
