Harp screens

Maximum performance in all conditions

They are a specific type of screen used mainly for sorting difficult to sort, especially wet and abrasive materials. The construction of the harp screen is designed so that the longer wires are clamped together at a relatively large distance by a transverse bond, which ensures that in addition to the vibrations of the screen, the screen also creates its own disharmonious frequency, which counteracts sticking and clogging of the meshes on the sorting surface.

We supply harp screens exclusively with tensioning folds, which are necessary for the correct operation of the screen. We supply screens with wire or polyurethane weaves, which further increase the life and efficiency of the screen. When ordering harp screens, we recommend choosing a mesh size 10% smaller than for wire screens with rectangular meshes.

  1. Sorting difficult-to-sort materials
  2. Self-cleaning effect
  3. High efficiency

Use

Gravel pits, sand pits, quarries, mines, recycling, asphalt production.

Supplied dimensions

We manufacture screens to order with tensioning seams.

Materials supplied

Spring steel: STN 12050, DIN 17223
Stainless steel materials: DIN 1.4301, 1.4310

WITH HORIZONTALLY CRIMPED WIRES (SERFESTA)

The basic characteristic of this screen is the horizontal corrugation of the wires, which are placed next to each other and held in such a way as to create a square mesh shape. They are used for sorting dry as well as wet, difficult-to-sort materials with round, cubic, flat and needle-shaped grains.

  1. Direct replacement for square mesh without loss of sorting sharpness
  2. Suitable for all types of grain
  3. The crimping of the wires allows for relatively accurate sorting even with flat and needle-shaped grains.

WITH VERTICALLY CRIMPED WIRES (NORMAL)

A harp screen with a large open area and high throughput, used for screening wet and difficult-to-sort materials with round or cubic grain shapes. Not recommended for flat and needle-shaped materials. It is made of vertically crimped wires that are cross-linked at certain intervals, creating rectangular meshes.

  1. High efficiency and throughput
  2. Suitable for sorting difficult-to-sort materials
  3. Not recommended for sorting materials with needle and flat grain sizes

WITH HORIZONTALLY CRIMPED AND STRAIGHT WIRES (DOSER)

Harp screen designed primarily for sorting larger volumes of material. It is composed of longitudinally horizontally corrugated and straight wires that create triangular meshes. Straight wires take on the tensioning force, while corrugated wires oscillate and create a self-cleaning effect. This screen design allows for the influx of larger amounts of sorted material. The unconventional wire weave, on the other hand, maintains relatively high sorting accuracy with relatively good performance.

  1. Suitable for sorting larger quantities of material
  2. The design of the sieve does not allow switching
  3. Suitable for all types of grain

STRINGED SCREENS WITH STRAIGHT WIRE (CLEAN PURE)

A highly permeable type of harp screen, particularly suitable for screening clay, loam and other difficult-to-sort materials with round or cubic grain shapes. It consists of longitudinally straight wires, which are connected at certain intervals with polyurethane. This screen design is characterized by a high open area and high performance.

  1. Suitable for sorting clay and loamy materials
  2. High performance and open area
  3. Not recommended for needle and flat grain material
