Guard rollers provide reliable guidance in conveyor systems. They are characterized by robust design, long service life and the possibility of custom manufacturing.

51, 63, 76, 80, 89, 108, 133, 159

Design

  1. structural tube longitudinally welded EN 10 219, thickness 3 mm (up to Ø108 mm)
  2. drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, class 11109
  3. steel caps made of deep-drawn sheet metal, 2 mm thick, welded to the cylinder body (their design may vary depending on the cylinder diameter)
  4. bearing 6204 2 RS C3
  5. four-piece labyrinth seal with cover in ZN (galvanized sheet metal) design
  6. retaining ring for shaft D20
  7. black PE (RAL 9003) plug
  8. surface finish RAL 5015 blue
