Finger screens

Performance, durability, flexibility

Finger screens are suitable for sorting larger fractions of difficult-to-sort materials, clay removal, removal of fines from larger final fractions, sorting of recyclables, glass, etc.

This is a screen with flexibly mounted rod elements in a polyurethane bed. The screen uses a combination of the screener's oscillation, rod elements and material load, thanks to which it achieves high sorting performance and does not clog. The replaceable finger screen module is mounted in a special beam, which is mounted between the sides of the screener. Its design allows the screen inclination to be adjusted. The modular solution of finger screens allows individual adaptation to the width of the screener.

Assembly instructions

The finger screen is mounted in a special beam, which is mounted between the sides of the sorter; the design allows for adjustment of the inclination of the finger screen; installation in a sorter larger than 1600 x 4000 mm must be handled by a specialist company; the beam can be max. 1600 mm long, for a larger sorter width, a structural adjustment is necessary.

Abrasion-resistant spring steel. Can be coated with polyurethane to extend service life.

Dimensions

The length of the screen is approximately 520 mm; the modular design of the finger sections allows for individual adaptation to the width of the screen. Maximum screen width: 1600 mm.
