Custom filter manufacturing

Accurate, durable, reliable

We primarily manufacture custom-made filter extrusions and cuttings, which are used mainly in the plastic processing industry.

Types of cuttings

Round, rectangular, square, oval, atypical, etc. according to customer requirements. All types can be supplied as single-layer or multi-layer, with or without a rim, joined by spot welding.

Materials used

  1. stainless steel
  2. black steel

Filter belts

We supply them in widths from approx. 50 mm to approx. 200 mm and lengths of 10 or 20 meters. They are made of stainless steel wire in both types of quality grades 1.4301 and 1.4310.

Production and service of framed screens

Wire screens in the frame are used for sorting bulk materials and filtration in:

  1. glass,
  2. chemical,
  3. food,
  4. woodworking and
  5. mining industry.

We manufacture the sieves and frames of these sieves exclusively from stainless steel in various shapes (circular, rectangular, etc.).

Production and refurbishment of circular screens for all product lines and sizes of circular screens produced by ALLGAIER and for similar screening machines of other companies.

The screen tensioning technology consists of stretching the wire screen in all four directions. The tension value is measured in each direction by torque pretension, which allows us to guarantee the same tensioning torque for all screens. The screening screen is then fixed in the screener.

We supply sorting screens:

  1. in new frames, or
  2. We will refurbish screens on used frames supplied by customers.

We attach fine wire screens either by gluing or soldering.

Upon request, we can supply sieves in frames with various accessories (e.g. with drain, sealing rubber, etc.)
