Disc rollers are the ideal solution for conveyor systems with high demands on durability and variability. Thanks to durable materials and customization options, they provide reliable performance even in demanding conditions.

Standard diameters supplied:

108/63, 133/63, 133/89, 159/89

Design

  1. longitudinally welded structural tube EN 10 219, thickness 3 mm
  2. drawn steel round dia. 20 mm, h9, class 11109
  3. rubber discs/wheels 68 +/- Shore A in diameter 108,133, or 159 mm
  4. steel caps made of deep-drawn sheet metal, 2 mm thick, welded to the cylinder body (their design may vary depending on the cylinder diameter)
  5. bearing 6204 2RS C3
  6. four-piece labyrinth seal with cover in ZN (galvanized sheet metal) design
  7. retaining ring for shaft D20
  8. surface finish RAL 5015 blue

Dimensions not listed in the table will be manufactured upon request from the customer.
